The only way to get telekinesis to work is to get out of the intellect.

The distraction of human sexual instinct is driven mostly by the intellect. Procreation and survivability are the two basic human instincts. If you try to hard to meditate, that will work against you. It's best to just let it go, hang out in point consciousness and let things unravel on their own. Then you can start to prioritize your goals.
